Authentic enough for Vietnamese Pho in Hong Kong, although it felt a tad more “msg-ish” than the ones we had from Vietnam. The Banh my, however, is definitely a HK rendition, also without their warm freshly scrambled eggs and soft(er) bun (altho that could partly be because street stalls in Vietnam use small electric stoves). Any other explanations? What do you think?
